Excessive clutter is determined by the housecleaner. Stacks of anything deemed too heavy to lift or that could possibly fall over 

• We move items that aren’t heavy and clean underneath it. 
• We clean underneath your rugs that are accessible.

• We are focused on customer satisfaction. You pay once service is done.
